Asset Factory first requires Testnet issuer verification. Requests are reviewed manually; creation never implies listing, approval or real-world value.
This form requests human Testnet issuer review only. It never registers an issuer, signs a transaction, creates an asset, lists it on an exchange or grants real-world value.
The current 31 validators are temporary and run on the same VPS. Independent bank operation and external audit are not complete. This is not Mainnet and tANRX has no real-world value.
